Imagine for a moment the frequency at which our clients call upon us for errands,
deliveries, pick-ups, special requests and everyday run of the mill courier things?
Now, imagine how we crank out the pedals on our bikes, and pedal to the metal in our
cars and vans. So I was thinking, what about a rewards plan?
So, I came up with the idea of frequent pedal points or Fpp's. For a local courier
service, I thought that was pretty neat. OK, each month, we award points based on
your courier activity and other exciting promotions. In other words, when you call
for errands, deliveries, pick-ups, special requests and everyday run of the mill
courier things, you get points. However, if you call us for any of these and you
take advantage of our newspaper or other promotions, then you get even more points.
During its introduction, points will be redeemable for such things as deliveries,
donuts, and flowers.
